申請秋季班(2025年9月)入學：2025年6月20日止
Apply for the Fall Semester Enrollment: application deadline is June 20.
申請春季班(2026年2月)入學：2025年12月26日止
Apply for the Spring Semester Enrollment: application deadline is December 26.
收件截止日以郵戳為憑。The deadline for submission is based on the postmark.
※除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺必要程序外，本校並未委外辦理招生事務。
Except the dissemination, promotion and assist international students in necessary procedures to Taiwan, Providence University has not outsourced the admission process with agencies.
申請資格 Eligibility of applicants
具外國國籍且於申請時不具僑生資格，並符合教育部「外國學生來臺就學辦法」規定者。
Nationality Requirement: A person who holds foreign nationality and does not have overseas Chinese student status at the time of application, and meets the regulations of the Ministry of Education's "Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan."

填寫完整之入學申請表一份並附貼二吋半身照片。 A complete application form with a recent 2-inch photograph. |

經我國駐外館處驗證之外國學校最高學歷或同等學力證明文件及成績單影本(中、英文以外之語文，應附中文或英文譯本)。 The highest-level certificate or equivalent academic qualification and official transcript of full semesters which were authenticated by ROC Embassies or Mission Abroad (these documents must be provided or translated in Chinese or English). |

財力證明：帳戶存款金額至少美金3,300元 (或新臺幣100,000元) 含以上，或獎學金證明。 Certification of finances: A financial statement with a minimum balance of US$3,300 (or TWD 100,000) or a copy of a scholarship award notification. |

語言能力證明。 Certification of Language. |

申請費。 Application fee. |

護照或身份證明影本一份。 A photocopy of passport or identification document. |

備註：
※本校上課語言以中文為主，須具備中文能力證明 (華語文能力測驗成績A2(含)或同等級以上認證)。
申請運動保健學系者，須達TOCFL B1(含)或同等級以上認證。
Given that the courses are mainly taught in Mandarin Chinese, a proof of Chinese proficiency is required (At least TOCFL level A2 or equivalent Chinese language certificate).
Applicants applying for Department of Athletic Training and Health must have at least TOCFL B1 or equivalent Chinese language certificate.
