申請秋季班(2024年9月)入學：2024年6月21日止

Apply for the Fall Semester Enrollment: application deadline is June 21.

申請春季班(2025年2月)入學：2024年12月26日止

Apply for the Spring Semester Enrollment: application deadline is December 26.

填寫完整之入學申請表一份並附貼二吋半身照片。

A complete application form with a recent 2-inch photograph.

經我國駐外館處驗證之外國學校最高學歷或同等學力證明文件及成績單(中、英文以外之語文，應附中文或英文譯本)。

The highest-level certificate or equivalent academic qualification and official transcript of full semesters which were authenticated by ROC Embassies or Mission Abroad (these documents must be provided or translated in Chinese or English).

財力證明：帳戶存款金額至少美金3,300元 (或新臺幣100,000元) 含以上，或獎學金證明。

Certification of finances: A financial statement with a minimum balance of US$3,300 (or TWD 100,000) or a copy of a scholarship award notification.

語言能力證明。

Certification of Language.

申請費。

Application fee.

護照或身份證明影本一份。

A photocopy of passport or identification document.

國立體育大學外國學生申請入學切結書。

NTSU International Student Declaration for Application.

未設戶籍具結書。

Non-Household Registration Declaration

其他各系所另訂應附繳之文件。

Other required documents by each department or graduate institute.

Except the dissemination, promotion and assist international students in necessary procedures to Taiwan, Providence University has not outsourced the admission process with agencies.

※本校上課語言以中文為主，須具備中文能力證明。

Given that the courses are mainly taught in Mandarin Chinese, a proof of Chinese proficiency is required.
